LNG (liquefied natural gas) peak shaving plants
In times of low energy requirements (e.g., summer), natural gas is stored in special tanks from the pipeline network, which has to be liquified first. In peak times, it is revaporized into gas through heat and fed back into the pipeline network. As a result, unacceptable drops in pressure are prevented in times of high energy requirements, and an adequate supply is ensured.
Flemming delivers complete process automation technology for the storage, treatment and reliquefaction process.
